We want you to love your Caroline Gardner home products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all home fragrance, stationery, and textiles are returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring fragile home goods are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
